Southern Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. whole milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in a shallow 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with whipping cream or a lemon sauce.
