Greek Feta Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot water
3 oz. elbow macaroni (3/4 c.)
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese (2 oz.)
1/4 c. milk
3/4 lb. ground lamb or ground pork
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. (2 oz.) crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation

In a 3-quart saucepan, bring water to boiling; add macaroni. Reduce heat slightly.
Cook in gently boiling water for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain well.
