Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
4 tsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. water
Preparation

Combine cranberries, sugar, lemon rind, orange rind and orange juice in large saucepan.
Bring to boiling.
Lower heat and simmer 4 minutes until cranberry skins pop.
Remove from heat.
