Mom'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

instant potatoes for 12
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
garlic powder to taste
butter to taste
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes or chives
Preparation

Prepare potatoes as directed on box.
Soak onion and parsley in water.
Combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, onion, parsley flakes and garlic powder.
Melt butter to put on top. Sprinkle chives and paprika on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
