Cabbage Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and place in a baking dish.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Stir in rice.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Mix in soup and water. Pour over entire casserole.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Add more water, if needed.
