Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until stiff peak forms.
Mix in a small bowl, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Mix pecans in egg whites, then in sugar.
Spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0. After 15 minutes, stir around.
Let cool, then break.
