Ingredients
    1 medium onion (sliced)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli (cooked)
    1/2 lb. processed cheese (grated or cubed)
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Fry onions in butter, combine ingredients and put into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
