Cheese Pepper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. hottest tap water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
    Add 1 1/3 cups of flour.
    Add sugar, salt, soda, sour cream and eggs.
    Blend 2 minutes on low speed of mixer.
    Beat 2 minutes on high speed.
    Stir in rest of flour, cheese and pepper.
    Divide dough between 2 greased 1 lb. coffee cans.
    Let rise covered in warm place for 50 minutes.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from cans to cool. Can be baked in 1 bread pan.
