Brioche Cheddar Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
2 1/4 c. flour (1/2 cake flour)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 medium eggs
6 1/4 oz. soft butter
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
Preparation

Place yeast in bottom of mixing bowl.
Add water.
Stir to dissolve.
Add flour, salt and sugar.
With dough hook fitted in electric mixer, begin mixing.
Add 4 eggs and soft butter.
Mix about 6 minutes or until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
Add cheese.
Mix for 1 minute.
Cover with towel and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Punch dough down, if needed.
Roll into size rolls you like. Place on a greased pan.
Let stand 1/2 hour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
