Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    2 lb. pork cubes
    2 stalks celery
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 qt. chopped tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Put meat, vegetables and tomatoes in roaster.
    Cook until meat is well done and can be shredded with a fork.
    Mash vegetables. Add ketchup.
    Cook 3 to 4 hours in 300\u00b0 roaster or bake in oven. Serves 30 to 40 people.
