Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cold water
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3/4 c. margarine
    8 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Add water, flour, vanilla and nuts.
    Make out in rolls the size of pecans.
    Place on baking pan sprayed lightly with Pam and bake 45 minutes at 275\u00b0.
    When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
