Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cans Spanish rice
1/2 lb. American cheese, sliced
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet with onion; drain fat.
Add Spanish rice and stir. Turn heat to simmer and lay cheese slices on top of mixture. Cover and let melt for 15 minutes. Stir and serve with hot bread.
