Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions (Vidalia), chopped coarsely
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 small can evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 frozen pie shells, thawed
Preparation
    Fry onions in margarine until limp, but not brown.
    Let cool slightly.
    Add flour (just sprinkle over onions).
    Add both milks and salt.
    Cook until thick.
    Beat eggs in a bowl and add to mixture.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Top with another pie shell.
    Brush top of crust with milk.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Delicious.
    Serve with cabbage or pintos.
