Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and sliced
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar; mix well.
    In separate bowl, combine eggs, oil, pecans and strawberries; mix well.
    Make well in center of dry ingredients.
    Add liquid mixture, stirring just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
    Pour into 6 greased and floured 6 x 3 x 2-inch foil pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes for foil pans or 1 hour for larger pans.
    Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Finish cooling on racks.
