Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can or 2 (7 1/2 or 7 3/4 oz. each) cans salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. quick oats, uncooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Gulden's spicy brown mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    oil
    4 hamburger buns, toasted
    lettuce
    4 tomato slices
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Combine with egg, oats, onion, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Pan-fry in small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides.
    Spread Gulden's Salmon Burger Sauce on buns.
    Place lettuce, tomato and salmon patty on bottom half of each bun.
    Top with Salmon Burger Sauce and parsley on the top half of bun.
    Makes 4 servings.
