Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    6 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1 whole onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can whole kernel white corn
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    While vegetables are cooking, flour meat and saute until brown.
    Add meat to vegetables.
    Cook until well done.
