Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, washed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    8 large marshmallows (or equivalent in mini marshmallows)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    When making a pie, any leftover dough can be rolled out (like pie).
    Spread softened butter or oleo on.
    Then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to cover completely.
    Roll into a log and cut in about 1-inch length.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 until outside is a little hard.
    Could take about 40 minutes, depending on which oven rack you cook them on.
