Swiss Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked chopped ham
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli or 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine ham, onion and broccoli in water and cook until broccoli is tender.
Blend milk and flour together.
Gradually add milk mixture to ham, broccoli mixture, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese and seasonings; cook until cheese begins to melt.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
