Marion Hall'S Biscuit Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk (about)
    peaches or strawberries
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Grease 8-inch or 9-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients, except fruit and Cool Whip; pour into tin.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes (don't brown - too done).
    Top with strawberries or peaches, sliced and sweetened.
    Top with Cool Whip.
