Oven Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine ground beef, rice, 1/2 cup of water, onion and spices in a bowl; mix well.
Shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
