Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. coarse grind black pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (12 oz.) bottle or can beer
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 lb. (1-inch thick) round or sirloin steak
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients.
    Pour over steak.
    Pierce surface deeply with fork. Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours. Grill 3 to 4-inches from hot coals, basting frequently, with marinade about 20 minutes (10 minutes each side) or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
    Thinly slice steak on the diagonal.
    Makes 8 servings, 6 ounces each.
