Butter Crumb Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. onion powder
Preparation

Roll whole potato in melted butter, then roll in the remaining ingredients.
Place in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour remaining butter over potatoes (more butter may be melted, if needed).
Cover and bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. Makes 6 servings.
