Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Finely chop nuts.
Mix with flour. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until pale and fluffy.
Gradually beat in flour until just blended.
Roll into balls.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 45 minutes.
While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Place on wire rack to cool completely.
Roll in powdered sugar again.
