Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 qt. flour
    1/4 c. powdered milk
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. yeast
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add shortening and enough water for a good dough.
    Let rise for 1 hour and punch down.
    Roll dough to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut out and place in buttered pan.
    For 1 1/2 hours, bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Brush tops with butter.
