Easy Chicken And Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 c. white seedless grapes, halved
Preparation
    With meat mallet or similar flattening utensil, pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Sprinkle garlic salt and nutmeg over chicken.
    In frypan place margarine and melt over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and cook, turning about 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove chicken; set aside.
    Drain off excess fat.
