Ingredients

2 qt. chopped apples
4 c. brown sugar
2 qt. vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 onion
3 sweet red peppers
1 Tbsp. salt
1 pod hot pepper
2 lb. seeded raisins
2 Tbsp. white mustard seed
2 Tbsp. black mustard seed
2 Tbsp. ginger
Preparation

Cook apples, sugar, vinegar, garlic, onion and peppers together until sauce is formed.
Add raisins and spices; simmer 30 minutes.
Let stand overnight. Heat to boiling.
Pour into hot jars and seal at once.
