Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 or small can coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
    Will make 3 layers or 1 sheet cake.
    Bake a sheet cake for around one hour. Grease pans well.
    Bake layers at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
