Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 tsp. nutmeg
    3 medium eggs
    1 lb. can cooked pumpkin (Libby's is best)
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat for 3 minutes.
    Divide into 2 (9 x 4-inch) large loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done. Cool 10 minutes and turn out on racks to cool.
