Cinnamon Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread, crusts removed
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    2 sticks butter, melted
    cinnamon and sugar mixture
Preparation
    Flatten each slice of bread with palms of hands.
    Cream together cream cheese, lemon juice and egg; spread each slice of bread.
    Fold corners of bread over. Dip each roll in melted butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
