Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
1/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cut carrots in strips in food processor.
Cook in small amount of water until tender; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in frying pan or electric skillet.
Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add carrot strips.
Cook over low heat until carrots are glazed and heated through.
Stir occasionally while heating.
