Brown Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 to 4 potatoes, sliced (raw)
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    In large baking dish, add browned beef, leaving 1 end empty.
    In this end, add sliced carrots.
    Layer onions on top of beef and carrots.
    Cover onions with sliced potato.
    Pour beef broth into dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
