Broiled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Tomatoes, firm, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
    salt
    grated cheese, cheddar or Swiss
    butter
    cracker crumbs
    grated onion, optional
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes and drain on paper towels. Place slices on greased pan, sprinkle tops with grated cheese and grated onion and cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Either bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or broil until lightly brown.
