Pasta And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    3 or 4 slices bacon
    2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can (juice also) white beans (cannellini)
    1 lb. elbow or broken spaghetti
Preparation
    Place in a frying pan and brown garlic in oil and cook bacon, then add tomato sauce and 1 can of water.
    To this, add basil and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook this sauce down for 30 to 45 minutes on a medium low heat, then add white beans (cannellini). Cook elbow or broken spaghetti (al dente).
    Then drain and add to tomato and bean sauce.
    Serve immediately!
