Microwave Cheesy Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. French salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 oz.) shredded processed American cheese
Preparation
    Prick potatoes; place on paper towels in microwave oven, leaving 1-inch space between potatoes.
    Cook at High for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender, rotating and turning potatoes over three times.
    Let stand a few minutes.
