Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 small jars (4 1/2 oz.) baby food strained carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and carrots.
In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add flour mixture to other.
Mix until blended.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch (greased) pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
