Everett And Sandra'S Alpine Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. stew meat
1 lb. chorizo
2 large onions
5 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. chili powder
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
3 fresh jalapenos
1 bottle Mexican beer
3 cans kidney beans
Preparation
-
Brown meat, chorizo, onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add chili powder, tomato sauce, water and Mexican beer.
Roast, peel and deseed jalapenos.
Add to other ingredients.
Simmer on the stove for at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, add the 3 cans of kidney beans.
This is great on a chilly day!!
Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
