Aunt Shelley'S Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sorghum molasses
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Add 2 cups flour (approximate).
    Roll to thin 1/8 to 1/16-inch.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
