Egg Puff Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. cottage cheese (2 c.)
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1 c. salsa, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan (sprayed with Pam).
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
