Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and egg together.
Stir in rhubarb.
Let stand while preparing pie crust, then stir the above well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
