Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. chicken base
1/8 lb. American cheese
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
3 oz. butter (3/4 stick)
Preparation

Mix and heat first 5 ingredients.
Add cheese, butter and broccoli.
Take 2 cups of the milk and add 1/2 cup flour and mix well.
Add to other 2 cups milk and pour into first mixture.
Cook until it thickens.
Makes 2 quarts.
Can be frozen.
