Veal Scaloppine Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. veal, sliced thin
    1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    pinch of rosemary
    1 can condensed consomme
Preparation
    Chop onions and saute in skillet using 3 tablespoons butter. Remove onions to 1 1/2-quart casserole. Dust slices of veal in seasoned flour and brown in skillet, using 1/3 to 1/2 cup butter. When browned, place veal in casserole.
    Add crushed garlic, rosemary and consomme.
    Pour over veal.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
