Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion, green pepper, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans in a bowl.
    Mix well. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans to coat.
    Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
