Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced thin
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    butter
    milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Alternate layers of potatoes and flour mix in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with pepper; dot with butter and pour on milk just to top layer of potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, covered; then uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
