Molded Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 pimientos
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over water in 1-quart saucepan to soften. Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in salt and lemon juice.
    Cool to room temperature.
