Party Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    2 oz. Bleu cheese
    1/8 tsp. dried sage
    salt and ground pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except meat, and let stand until soft.
    Mix in meat.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and arrange on baking sheet.
    Broil meatballs until well browned, about 5 to 8 minutes. Makes 35 to 40 meatballs.
