Party Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 bags Stella D'Oro angenetti cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Beat softened cream cheese and pineapple.
Fold in Cool Whip. Slice cookies into halves.
Spread with filling.
Put top of cookie on filling.
