Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and crushed pineapple with juice and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add chopped walnuts last.
    Mix well and divide into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
