Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1/3 c. oil
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
2 to 3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine chicken, soy sauce and salt.
Marinate 15 minutes. Lightly brown rice in oil in large skillet over medium heat; stir frequently.
Add chicken with soy sauce and broth.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in onion, green pepper, celery and cabbage; cook until vegetables are tender and liquid is absorbed. Push mixture to sides of pan.
Add eggs; cook until almost set. Blend into rice mixture.
Serve hot.
Serves 6.
