Overnight Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices bread, cubed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Owens country sausage roll
7 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread bread evenly over bottom.
In medium skillet, brown sausage over medium heat.
Remove from heat and drain off fat.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer on low speed.
Stir in milk, then remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until middle is set.
Makes 12 servings.
