Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. rice
    1 qt. milk
    salt
    butter (size of walnut)
    3 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. sugar
    vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rice, milk and salt in double boiler 3/4 hour.
    Add butter before removing from stove.
    Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Sprinkle nutmeg over top.
    Grease baking dish and set in pan of water.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
